Hi, I'm Theo.
I’m a curator of my own live and organised digital performances.I am an upcoming creative who works with various collaborators within communities and industries involving the arts and charities. I appreciate being part of creative projects that benefit communities and convey positive messages which is where my stage name gets its title ‘Now Standing’ which also revolves around championing the strength, potential and empowerment of youth voice.
My Style
I’m a curator of my own live and organised digital performances.
My events are orientated around creating sets like a piece of art. It’s all about lifts, drops and getting the audience excited. I get them and keep them engaged, having myself part of the performance and being interactive visually and creatively. I use technology that enables me to do this which doesn’t downplay the audience experience and has become my art form in DJing, having great and successful events. It is a continuous style and creative with the elements of sound implemented live.
My Genre
I have been well-received over the years in venues from the Ceredigion Museum when I first started, to the Aberystwyth Arts Centre where I played numerous times over the years. I am known for mixing the genres of 90s/2000s Classics in Dance combined with Funky House as my primary choice of music (128-130BPM). An employer has said that my music is “great” because it can reach a wide range of people from the young generation to the more mature crowds which becomes a diverse range which can resonate well with people.
