A Reflection on ‘The Do’s and Don’ts of Caring’.

Theo worked professionally with CADW group members and was able to support the young people by conveying and expressing their views with confidence. He took his role to heart with his setup for film and lighting with his efforts to convey important questions to the camera for the young people to say what needed to be said in relation to active listening.

This video brings an important message towards professionals working with young people to actively listen and seek change in current standards of engagement with young people.

Theo introduced his video in front of different Welsh services who have pledged to use the video in their safeguarding training.
