This video was commissioned by Cysur Cymru to highlight the voices of young people and the need for professionals to actively listen and drive meaningful change. It sheds light on the importance of engagement, ensuring that young people’s perspectives are not only heard but also valued in shaping better support systems.

Produced in collaboration with Now Standing Media, this project was crafted with care to give young people a platform to express their views with confidence. Theo Delahaye worked professionally with CADW group members, supporting the young participants in articulating their thoughts on camera. He took his role to heart, carefully setting up film and lighting to create an environment where their voices could be conveyed clearly and powerfully.

Through thoughtful storytelling and impactful visuals, this video delivers a crucial message: professionals working with young people must listen, engage, and take action to improve the standards of youth support and advocacy.
